How does the pricing for Top Gun Teamwork work?

STANDARD COHORT

Our Top Gun Teamwork Standard Cohorts are designed for smaller-sized companies, typically featuring fewer than 50 employees.

Our Standard Cohorts allow a smaller company to have several key members of the team learn how to facilitate “E.A.G.L.E. Planning” and “F-4 Debrief” events, serving as the on-site process leads to help the organization implement what we teach.

The standard Cohort consists of 2 weeks of online learning and 12 weeks of weekly group coaching. In addition, every Cohort member is required to lead seven E.A.G.L.E. Planning and seven F-4 Debrief sessions, documenting their experiences along the way.

Cohort Participation

Per seat cost: $3,000.
More than five seats: $2,500 per seat, up to 10 seats maximum.

Local Launch

The local launch is a mission-critical component of a successful implementation. The local launch is how your teammates who haven’t yet gone through implementation training are going to learn the core concepts that underlie the Top Gun Teamwork approach. VMax Group implementation experts are all former fighter pilots who lived what we teach, and they will join you either on-site or virtually to help get your teammates fired up and ready to fully embrace the Top Gun Teamwork approach.

One-day local launch:

$5,000, either on-site or virtual. We can deliver two sessions per day with up to 50 people per session.

Addition local launches:

$5,000 per day on-site
$2,500 per session virtual

CUSTOM COHORT

Our Top Gun Teamwork Custom Cohorts are designed for larger companies that want the implementation training to be focused on the company and not on a group of companies from different industries.

Our Custom Cohorts allow a larger company to have larger numbers of team members learn the methodologies and principles we teach at a lower per-seat cost.

The Custom Cohort consists of 2 weeks of online learning and 8 weeks of weekly group coaching. Just as with the Standard Cohort, every Cohort member is required to lead seven E.A.G.L.E. Planning and seven F-4 Debrief sessions, documenting their experiences along the way. A key difference between the Custom and the Standard Cohort is that VMax Group is available to return three times to do on-site coaching as part of our quarterly follow-up and implementation approach.

Cohort Participation

$45,000 flat rate for up to 40 participants

Included in this flat rate are the following additional components:

— An assessment prior to the Cohort kickoff, measuring the state of the “Accountability Ecosystem” resident in the company before we begin. We will conduct this same assessment each quarter to measure progress;

— A quarterly online group check-in for the three quarters following the conclusion of the program;

— An option for VMax Group to conduct on-site coaching each quarter for three quarters, further assisting in the implementation.

Follow-on On-site Group Coaching:

$3,500 for each half day.
