The event planner’s problem

Here's the quick origin story to our company:

Robert “Cujo” Teschner got the idea for VMax Group way back in 2004 when he was an F-15C instructor pilot at the US Air Force Fighter Weapons School. He determined that the principles he was teaching some of America’s top aviation warriors were applicable in every domain, and he was determined to bring this unique and extremely effective leadership training to the world of business.

Ultimately, he knew that the practices that help teams perform under extreme pressure are not reserved for the military. They are decidedly human practices: clarifying expectations, setting and upholding standards, providing honest, empathetic feedback, sharing ownership, and building leaders who teach and coach through failure rather than through fear.

Today, VMax Group teaches these teaming principles to leaders across the world through a variety of formats. We'vewon awards every year we've been in business for the work they’re doing. And because our work is in constant demand, we’re growing. That's good for you!
