What is the difference between a keynote and a workshop?

A keynote is usually a talk delivered from a stage, one that harnesses a series of stories told to educate, inspire, and change mindsets, that leaves a group of people inspired to want to learn more. A workshop is the mechanism we use to help people learn more. Our workshops also teach people what the key frameworks are that enable a team to 'team' on purpose.

Can we combine programs?

Absolutely. In fact, we always recommend that we do so, specifically so we can help your teammates WANT to learn how to team better. Forcing it is bad strategy. Inspiring them to want it is the real win.
