Top Gun Teamwork is conducted virtually over Zoom. Programs run for 90 minutes, and our instructors usually stay after to answer questions and talk about things from class.
This program is all about implementation. And as it takes about 12 weeks to effect behavior change, the program lasts long enough to build new disciplines and change behaviors correctly. Additionally, VMax Group team instructors coach participants through the classes, enabling faster and better adoption.
